What is an Ambassador Program
A brand ambassador program is a marketing strategy where a company/organization recruits, mobilizes and empowers individuals to promote their products and services to a diverse network with the goal of achieving specific marketing goals, that may range frorm increasing product adoption, increasing sales, driving conversions, increasing customer loyalty and retention, creating trust and credibility and building brand awareness.
An ambassador will aggressively promote your product to their social networks in order to reach the program's objectives. This advocacy might take place two strategies either online or offline event representation for offline activations this may be in form of (events, conferences, workshops, trade exhibits) or online (blog articles, social media accounts). Typically, both are present.
Who are brand ambassadors
Brand ambassadors are simply brand evangelists who are eager to promote your company to customers and gush about its products and services. They are typically chosen from your ideal target market and audience and don't require much persuasion because they are already admirers of you and what you do.

Leadership: Leadership is at the Center of ambassadorship. Brand ambassadors should be able to lead and motivate the community around the product/service. They should work towards the vision of the company and inspire those in the community to be on the forefront of working towards the companies and products vision.
Pationate about the Product: Ambassadors should have passion for the product and service they are enabling and should be able to convey their passion to others to push brand retention for the users
Knowledge and Expertise: Ambassadors must to be extremely knowledgeable about the company, product, or service they support. They ought to be informed about the products vision, and goal, to effectively communicate and respond to inquiries, deal with issues, and give stakeholders correct information because to their knowledge.
Empathetic Skills: Ambassadors should be empathetic to the community and be able to understand the perspectives and needs of others in order to effectively handle queries and challenges experienced by other users.
